ShapeMultiverse

Refund Policy

Last updated: May 17, 2026

01 Overview

This Refund Policy explains how refunds, cancellations, free trials, promotional offers, billing errors, and legally required remedies work for ShapeMultiverse subscriptions.

ShapeMultiverse is operated by Isaac Pourdaneshian. Questions about refunds or billing can be sent to [email protected].

This Policy should be read together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

02 Current Trial Offer

Pro Explorer currently includes a 14-day free trial.

Free trials may be limited to one redemption per user, account, payment method, card fingerprint, or other reasonable anti-abuse measure. If a payment method has already been used to redeem the same free-trial offer, you may be ineligible for another free trial, but you may be offered the option to subscribe without a trial at the price shown at checkout.

Unless the applicable offer page states otherwise, the trial begins when you activate the subscription.

Not all plans, features, promotions, free usage allowances, or future offers include the same free trial, introductory offer, or refund terms. Any different terms shown on the applicable offer page will control for that offer.

03 Automatic Conversion After Trial

Unless you cancel before the 14-day trial ends, your Pro Explorer subscription will automatically convert to a paid recurring subscription at the price and billing interval shown at checkout and in your confirmation email.

After the trial ends, Pro Explorer will continue to renew automatically until canceled.

By starting a subscription, you authorize ShapeMultiverse and its payment processor to charge your selected payment method after the free trial ends and on each recurring renewal date until you cancel.

04 Canceling During the Free Trial

You may cancel during the Pro Explorer free trial through your account billing settings or the billing-management link we provide.

If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged for Pro Explorer.

Your trial access will remain available through the end of the trial period unless a specific offer states otherwise.

05 Trial Reminders

We may send reminders or billing notices before a free trial converts into a paid subscription.

These reminders are provided as a courtesy and may also be required for certain offers or jurisdictions.

Unless applicable law requires otherwise, failing to receive or read a courtesy reminder does not change your responsibility to cancel before the trial ends if you do not want to be charged.

06 Canceling After a Paid Charge

You may cancel your subscription at any time to stop future renewals.

If you cancel after your first paid charge or during any later paid billing period, your cancellation stops future renewals.

Your subscription will remain active through the end of the billing period you already paid for, and it will not renew for another billing period unless you subscribe again.

Canceling does not retroactively undo charges that were already validly incurred.

07 General Refund Rule After the First Paid Charge

After the first successful paid charge, subscription fees are generally non-refundable and non-prorated for partial billing periods, except where required by applicable law or where this Policy expressly provides otherwise.

We generally do not provide refunds, credits, or prorated refunds for:

The purpose of the 14-day free trial is to let you evaluate Pro Explorer before your first paid charge.

08 Billing Errors and Duplicate Charges

If you believe you were charged in error, charged more than the amount disclosed at checkout, or charged twice for the same billing period, contact us promptly at [email protected].

If we confirm a duplicate charge or billing error, we will correct it and issue the appropriate refund or credit.

Correction of a billing error does not, by itself, cancel an otherwise valid subscription.

09 Unauthorized or Fraudulent Charges

If you believe a charge was unauthorized or fraudulent, contact us immediately at [email protected].

You should also notify your card issuer, bank, or payment provider promptly, because you may have separate rights through them.

We may request information reasonably necessary to investigate the issue.

Confirmed unauthorized charges will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the rules of our payment processor, card networks, banks, or financial institutions.

10 Technical Access Problems

If a verified technical issue caused by ShapeMultiverse materially prevents access to paid features, contact us and describe the issue.

We may ask for reasonable information to verify the problem.

If we confirm that a substantial service issue caused by ShapeMultiverse prevented access to paid features, we may, at our option and unless applicable law requires otherwise, provide a reasonable remedy such as restored access, an extension of service, account credit, or a full or partial refund.

This does not apply to issues caused by your device, internet connection, browser settings, third-party software, third-party platforms, misuse of the service, or failure to meet reasonable technical requirements for using the service.

11 Promotional Credits, Free Tokens, and Future Offers

Some plans or features may include free tokens, free usage allowances, promotional credits, introductory access, metered usage, AI-related usage, or other offer-specific benefits before paid charges begin.

The applicable offer page will state the quantity or scope of the free allowance, when paid charges begin, whether charges recur automatically or are usage-based, the applicable rates or pricing method, and how to cancel, disable, or avoid future charges where applicable.

Unless the applicable offer page states otherwise, promotional credits, free tokens, trial credits, or free usage allowances are non-transferable, have no cash value, may expire, may be limited to the account or feature where they were issued, and are not refundable once granted or used except where required by law.

This section is intended to preserve flexibility for future ShapeMultiverse products without changing the current Pro Explorer 14-day free trial terms.

12 Discretionary Exceptions

We may approve refunds, credits, extensions, or other exceptions in individual cases, but we are not required to do so unless required by law or this Policy.

Any refund, credit, or exception granted outside this Policy is voluntary, case-specific, and does not create an obligation to provide the same or similar relief in the future.

13 Processing Fees and Third-Party Transaction Costs

Unless required by applicable law, approved discretionary refunds may be reduced by non-refundable payment-processing fees or comparable third-party transaction costs that are not returned to us by our payment processor.

This limitation does not apply to refunds required by law or to confirmed duplicate charges, billing errors, or unauthorized charges.

If applicable law requires a full refund, this section will not limit that right.

14 Refunds and Subscription Cancellation Are Separate

Refunds do not automatically cancel an active subscription unless we expressly say so.

If a refund is issued for the current paid subscription period, we may cancel, reduce, or adjust access to paid features as part of the refund decision, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

If you do not want future charges, you must cancel your subscription through your account billing settings or the billing-management link we provide.

15 Statutory and Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any non-waivable rights you may have under the laws that apply to you.

If applicable law gives you a right to cancel, withdraw, receive a refund, receive a price reduction, obtain a repair or replacement, or receive another remedy, this Refund Policy does not take those rights away.

Where this Policy conflicts with a non-waivable legal right that applies to you, the legal right controls.

16 EEA and UK Consumers

If you are a consumer in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you may have statutory cancellation, withdrawal, conformity, repair, replacement, price-reduction, or refund rights that cannot be waived or limited by this Policy.

Where applicable law gives you a cooling-off or withdrawal right, we will honor that right.

Where immediate access to a digital service begins during an applicable withdrawal period, your refund rights may be reduced or affected only to the extent permitted by applicable law and any required consent or acknowledgment you provided at checkout.

If the service or digital content is faulty, not as described, or otherwise fails to meet rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer law, you may have additional remedies. Those rights remain available.

17 How to Request a Refund Review

To request a refund review, email [email protected].

Please include:

We may ask for additional information if needed to review the request.

18 How Approved Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds are usually returned to the original payment method through our payment processor.

Processing times may vary depending on the payment processor, card network, bank, or financial institution.

A refund may take several business days or longer to appear on your statement depending on those third parties.

19 How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription through your account billing settings or through the billing-management link we provide.

If you have difficulty canceling, contact [email protected] and we will assist you.

For subscriptions started online, we aim to provide an online cancellation method that is easy to access and use.

20 Records

To administer subscriptions, send subscription confirmations and trial reminders, respond to billing issues, process refund requests, and defend against fraud or payment disputes, we maintain records of the offer presented at signup, the pricing and subscription terms shown, assent timestamps, billing and refund communications, email delivery records, and related transaction and account identifiers, in accordance with applicable law and our Privacy Policy.

For trial eligibility and abuse prevention, we maintain limited trial redemption records, including keyed cryptographic hashes of payment-method identifiers provided by our payment processor, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

21 Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time.

If we make non-material changes, we may update the Policy by posting the revised version and changing the Last updated date.

If we make material changes that affect subscriptions, refunds, cancellations, or billing rights, we may provide notice by email, through the platform, or by another reasonable method where required by applicable law.
