ShapeMultiverse is operated by Isaac Pourdaneshian. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the ShapeMultiverse platform, including the shape library, downloads, tools, paid features, and related services we make available through the website.
If you use ShapeMultiverse, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
You may use ShapeMultiverse only if you are legally able to enter into a binding agreement with us.
The service is not intended for children under 13 in the United States, or for anyone below the age at which they can lawfully consent to the processing of their personal data in their jurisdiction. If we learn that someone has used the service in violation of this section, we may suspend or terminate access and remove associated data where appropriate.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your login credentials secure, and notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.
Accounts are for individual use. You may not share, sell, transfer, or provide access to your account to other people. If you are a studio or team, each user must have their own account unless we explicitly offer a team plan that says otherwise.
Subject to these Terms, ShapeMultiverse gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use shapes you lawfully access or download through the service in your own personal and commercial work.
You own the original work you create using the shapes. ShapeMultiverse and its underlying shape library, platform, branding, and related materials remain our property.
Basically — use shapes to make things. What you create is yours. What stays protected is the ShapeMultiverse library itself and the platform that delivers it.

We may monitor, investigate, restrict, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect ShapeMultiverse, prevent abuse, enforce these Terms, comply with law, or maintain the security and integrity of the service.
Some features of ShapeMultiverse are free, and some require a paid subscription. Paid plans, pricing, free trials, promotional offers, and billing periods are presented at checkout or where the offer is shown.
Pro Explorer currently includes a 14-day free trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid recurring subscription at the price and billing interval shown at checkout.
Free trials and promotional offers may be limited to one redemption per user, account, payment method, card fingerprint, household, or other reasonable anti-abuse measure. We may deny, revoke, or limit a free trial if we determine that the same payment method or account information has already been used to redeem the same trial or promotional offer.
If you are not eligible for a free trial, we may offer you the option to subscribe without a trial at the price and billing interval shown at checkout. In that case, you will be asked to separately confirm the no-trial subscription terms before any immediate paid subscription begins.
When you subscribe, you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method for the plan you choose. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until canceled.
Billing is handled by Stripe or another payment processor we may use from time to time. We do not store your full payment card details ourselves.
We may send subscription confirmations, trial reminders, billing notices, cancellation notices, refund-related communications, policy notices, and other service-related messages by email or through the platform. You are responsible for keeping your account email address accurate and for reviewing service-related notices we send.
We may change pricing in the future. If we do, we will provide advance notice where required by applicable law before the change applies to future renewals.
You can cancel your subscription through your account billing settings. If you cancel during a billing period, your subscription will remain active through the end of the billing period you already paid for, and it will not renew for another billing period unless you subscribe again.
Canceling your subscription does not retroactively undo charges that were already validly incurred.
Subscription fees are generally billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law or where we expressly say otherwise in our Refund Policy. The Refund Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
You may stop using the service at any time. If you have a paid subscription, you may also cancel it as described above.
We may suspend or terminate access to the service, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, created a security risk, engaged in fraud or abuse, or used the platform in a way that could harm ShapeMultiverse or other users.
Termination does not limit any rights or remedies that arose before termination.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ShapeMultiverse and its operator from and against claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to:

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that the service, shapes, or outputs will meet every specific need or workflow.
Features, tools, and library content may change over time, and we may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ShapeMultiverse's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the service will not exceed the total amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
We will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where applicable non-waivable law requires otherwise.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service will be brought in the courts located in Kansas.
If you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any non-waivable rights or protections you may have under the laws that apply to you, including rights related to automatic renewals, cancellation, refunds, or digital services.
We may update these Terms from time to time.
For non-material changes, we may update the Terms by posting the revised version and updating the “Last updated” date.
For material changes that affect your rights or obligations, we may provide notice by email, through the platform, or by other reasonable means before the updated Terms take effect. If applicable law requires your affirmative acceptance of a change before it applies to you, we will ask you to accept the updated Terms before continuing to use the affected part of the service.
